Current status

Home Craft Blog is not using affiliate links at the moment. There are no affiliate links, product cards or commissioned recommendations anywhere on the site right now. This page explains how we handle them when we do use them, and it will say so here the moment that changes.

FTC disclosure

In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines,Home Craft Blog discloses affiliate relationships openly. When the site carries affiliate links, it participates in affiliate advertising programs designed to let sites earn fees by linking to products and retailers, including the Amazon Associates Program, and clicking such a link and making a purchase may earn us a small commission.

How affiliate links work

An affiliate link is a normal link with a small tag that tells the retailer we referred you. If you click it and buy something, the retailer pays us a small commission for the referral. That’s it — the link behaves exactly like any other, and it simply lets programs like Amazon know the visit came from Home Craft Blog.

No extra cost to you

Affiliate commissions come out of the retailer’s margin, not your pocket. You pay the same price whether you use our link or go to the retailer directly — there is never any markup or added cost for using the links on this site.

Our editorial independence

We only recommend products we genuinely believe in. Our opinions are always our own and are never influenced by affiliate relationships. A commission never changes what we recommend, how we rank options, or what we honestly think of a product — if we don’t rate something, we won’t suggest it just because it happens to pay a commission.

Where you’ll see this

We disclose affiliate relationships clearly: whenever an article carries affiliate links, a notice appears near the top of that article, and the current status is always stated at the top of this page.
